Certification Process

Have you finished your integration? Then you can start the certification process on sandbox. Once all these steps are done, we will send you the production endpoints.

1. Go to our sandbox marketplace DE / ES / IT / PT / NL / FR and search for your products (we recommend to search for GTIN) . Images are not shown on sandbox.
   
2. Create a buyer account on Sandbox DE / ES / IT / PT / NL / FR.
   
   
3. Place the following orders with your buyer account and do the following actions as a seller and as a buyer:
   
   If you need a test credit card you can use one of these:
   Card number 2222 4000 7000 0005 // Expiry Date 03/30 // CVC 737
   Card number 4111 1111 4555 1142 // Expiry Date 03/30 // CVC 737
   
   
   • 3.1 Order 1 product.
     • Seller actions: confirm, ship, provide carrier and trackingID, send an invoice.
       
     • Buyer actions: ask for a complete return.
       
     • Seller action: accept return, send credit note.
       
       
   • 3.2 Order 1 product (cancel).
     • Seller actions: cancel the order.
       
       
   • 3.3 Order 1 product 5 times (same product 5 times).
     
     • Seller actions: confirm, ship.
       
     • Buyer actions: ask for partial return (2 of the 5 products).
       
     • Seller action: accept partial return .
       
       
   • 3.4 Order 2 different products (2 orderlines).
     
     • Seller actions: confirm, ship
       
     • Buyer actions: ask for partial return (1 product).
       
     • Seller action: accept return of 1 orderline.
